Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Boiled basmati rice - 1 cup
  2. Chopped mix veggies (beans,carrot,peas) - 1 cup
  3. Chopped spring onion - 1
  4. Green cardamom - 2
  5. Black cardamom - 1
  6. Cloves - 2
  7. Clarified butter / ghee - 2 tbsp
  8. Salt - to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat clarified butter / ghee in a pan.
  2. Add cardamom and cloves and saute for 2 minutes
  3. Add onion and saute for 2 minutes
  4. Add mix veggies and and saute for 4 - 5 mins.
  5. Add boiled rice and salt and mix well.
  6. Serve hot.
