Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Broccoli florets - 300 gm
  2. Chopped onion -1
  3. Grated coconut -3 tbsp
  4. Oil - tbsp
  5. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  6. Salt to taste.
  7. urad dal 1/2 tsp
  8. To Roast and grind
  9. Oil -1 tsp
  10. Dry red chili 2-3
  11. Urad dal -1 tsp
  12. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  13. Garlic Cloves -2
  14. fennel seeds 1/2 tsp


  1. Cut broccoli florets into small pieces and also its stem,rinse and drain it.
  2. Heat oil,add mustard urad dal curry leaves ,when it splutters add chopped onion.saute well.
  3. Then add broccoli and salt to taste.close and cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add ground paste and mix well.
  5. Then add grated coconut mix and switch off.
  6. Ready,really delicious serve with rice,chappathi or bread.
