This unique rabdi is made with lauki but you will never be able to guess that when you taste it! lauki rabdi with rose flavour rasgullas taste best, rich mouth feel and even reacher flavour.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cups lauki grated
  2. 2 rose flavored rasgullas
  3. 3 cups milk
  4. 5 tbsp sugar
  5. 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  6. 4 tbsp slivered badam and silver vark for garnish


  1. Heat milk in a deep non-stick pan, and cook over medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the lauki mix well and cook on a slow flame for 15 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the sugar and mix well and cook on slow flame for 6 minutes, while stirring occasionally. .
  4. Add the cardamom powder and keep aside to cool completely and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours
  5. For serving: Pour Rabdi in serving bowls and add rasgulla to each bowl. Garnish it with almonds and silver vark and serve chilled.
