Ingredients to make Rose Rasgulla in Lauki Rabdi

  • 2 cups lauki grated
  • 2 rose flavored rasgullas
  • 3 cups milk
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  • 4 tbsp slivered badam and silver vark for garnish

How to make Rose Rasgulla in Lauki Rabdi

  1. Heat milk in a deep non-stick pan, and cook over medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the lauki mix well and cook on a slow flame for 15 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the sugar and mix well and cook on slow flame for 6 minutes, while stirring occasionally. .
  4. Add the cardamom powder and keep aside to cool completely and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours
  5. For serving: Pour Rabdi in serving bowls and add rasgulla to each bowl. Garnish it with almonds and silver vark and serve chilled.
