Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Gram flour 1 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Chopped capsicum 1
  5. Chopped onion 1
  6. Boiled peas 1/2 cup
  7. Chopped cilantro 1/2 cup
  8. Chopped green chili 1-2
  9. Grated carrot 2-3 tbsp
  10. Cumin seeds 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Knead smooth dough. Rest it aside for 15 mins.
  2. Divide into equal portions. Roll out into chapatis
  3. Roast the chapati from both sides with oil or ghee until golden brown
  4. Serve hot with green chutney and yogurt.
