Palak Poha

Ingredients to make Palak Poha

  • Organic Red Poha 1 cup
  • peanuts 3 tsp
  • Green peas 4 tsp
  • oil 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • Green chili 1 tsp
  • palak puree 1/4 cup
  • sugar 1 tsp
  • curry leaves 5-6
  • mustard seeds 1/2 tsp

How to make Palak Poha

  1. Gently clean poha and immediately strain all the water.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds.
  3. Add curry leaves and peanuts. Fry the peanuts for 2 minutes.
  4. Add palak puree and cook for 1 minute.
  5. Add poha, salt, peas turmeric powder, sugar and green chili. Mix well
  6. Cook for 2 minutes.
  7. Serve warm
