Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Parboiled Chana dal 1/2 cup
  2. Blanched spinach 1/2 cup
  3. Blanched green peas 1/2 cup
  4. Blanched cauliflower 1/3 cup
  5. Bread crumbs 2 cup
  6. Garam Masala 1 teaspoon
  7. salt to taste
  8. Chat Masala 1 teaspoon
  9. Oregano 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Cheese slices 4-5
  11. Oil for shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Grind chana dal and veggies to form smooth paste
  2. In mixing bowl , add all spices, ground paste and bread crumbs
  3. Mix well
  4. Make lemon sized balls, shape like tikkis. Place cheese slices into tikkis. Seal completely
  5. Roll tikkis over breadcrumbs
  6. Heat oil in a pan . Shallow fry the tikkis until golden brown on both sides
  7. Serve hot with Mayonnaise and sauce
