This recpie was prepared by me on 11-Nov-17 for my roommate as she was about to travel that day to US for her job and it was her wish to have egg roll made by me , loved to prepare this for her :)

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. eggs - 4
  2. Green chilies- 5, chopped
  3. Carrot- 1/4 cup finely chopped
  4. Fresh coriander-1/4 cup finely chopped
  5. Capsicum-1/4 cup finely chopped
  6. Cheese cubes- 1-2
  7. Tomato- 1 finely chopped
  8. Onion- 1 large finely chopped
  9. Milk- 1/2 cup
  10. Garam masala- 1 teaspoon
  11. oil to Drizzle


  1. Beat eggs in a bowl. Add veggies and whisk well
  2. Add salt and garam masala . Mix well
  3. Add milk and whisk well
  4. Heat non stick pan, drizzle oil all over pan
  5. Pour half the egg mixture on hot tawa and spread evenly
  6. Cover and cook until golden brown
  7. Spread the grated cheese over the egg and then roll the omelette half way. Shift omelette to one side of the pan. Pour remaining egg mixture in front of half unrolled Omelette
  8. Cover and cook until done
  9. Spread the cheese and roll the omelette completely
  10. Slice the egg roll and serve warm with toast
