ABOUT Mooli ki Sabzi RECIPE

This recipe is uniwue on its own , very healthy and nutritious. Easy to make .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gms of mooli/Radish leaves finely chopped
  2. 2 Radish/Mooli, finely chopped
  3. 1/2 teaspoon hing
  4. 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  5. 1 teaspoon ajwain
  6. 1/2 teaspoon amchur powder
  7. 1 tablespoon Mustard oil
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds
  2. Add ajwain and stir for few seconds
  3. Add red chili powder , hing and mix well
  4. Add finely chopped mooli leaves , mooli and salt to taste. Mix well
  5. Cover and cook until tender stirring occasionally
  6. Add amchur powder mix well. Switch off. Serve warm
