Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 bunches Dill leaves
  2. 1 1/2 cup Soya Nutrela granules
  3. 1 big onion chopped finely
  4. 1 big tomato chopped
  5. 1 tsp garlic crushed
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 11/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  8. 1 tsp cumin powder
  9. 1/2 tsp garam masala optional
  10. Pure Ghee 11/2 tsp
  11. Coriander 1 tbsp chopped and 2 green chilies to garnish


  1. Wash , clean and finely chop Dill leaves
  2. Boil water , add Soya granules with little salt, rest aside for 2-3 minutes.Strain excess water
  3. Heat ghee in pressure cooker and add chopped onions and saute until translucent
  4. Add chopped tomatoes , all dry spices and saute until tender
  5. Now add Soya and Dill, stir well
  6. Pressure cook for 5-8 minutes. Once steam is released. Mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves and green chilies. Serve warm
