ABOUT Soya Keema RECIPE

Soya granules are high in protien and this is a yummy way to include them in our diet for good health.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Soya granules 1/2 cup
  2. Cauliflower minced 1/2 cup
  3. Onion 1/2 cup , finely chopped
  4. Tomato 1/2 cup, finely chopped
  5. Green peas 1/4 cup
  6. Capsicum 1 , finely chopped
  7. Salt 1 tbsp
  8. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  9. Red chilly powder 1 tsp
  10. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  11. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  12. 2 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  1. Soak soya granules in hot water for 5 mins.
  2. In a pan add oil and heat it at low flame.
  3. Add finely chopped onion and capsicum and saute till onion turns translucent.
  4. Add ginger garlic paste and saute for another 10 minutes.
  5. Add salt , turmeric powder , coriander powder , red chilly powder and sugar and mix well.
  6. Add cauliflower , soya granules and peas and mix well.
  7. Cover the pan and cook on medium flame for 10 mins.
  8. After 10 mins open the lid and saute for next 5 mins on high flame.
  9. Once done transfer the keema to serving dish and serve hot with chapatti.
