Hari Bhari roti is very healthy flavourful and full of nutrients..We can eat it in lunch or dinner.you do'nt require anything else as it is quite filling .Do try as it tastes awesome.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1/2 cup
  2. Besan 1/4 cup
  3. Chopped Spinach,Dill and Fenugreek leaves 1/2 cup
  4. Boiled and mashed Peas ,Capsicum 1/2 cup
  5. oil 2 tsp
  6. Coriander leaves 2 tsp
  7. Mint powder 1 tsp
  8. Kasuri Methi 2 tsp
  9. Cashew nut powder 2 tsp
  10. salt to taste
  11. Green chili paste 1 tsp
  12. Red chilly powder 1/2 tsp
  13. Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
  14. Chat masala 1 tsp
  15. Sesame seeds 2 tsp
  16. 1 tsp lemon juice


  1. Mix flours ,leafy vegetables ,peas and capsicum in a bowl
  2. Add spices,oil, cashew powder, sesame seeds and knead a stiff dough
  3. Divide dough into 2 portions and roll the dough into rotis
  4. Roast the Rotis on hot griddle until golden brown and crisp on both sides
  5. Grind coriander , green chilies salt cumin and hing to smooth paste. Add Chat masala, lemon juice and mix well
  6. Serve Roti hot with Coriander Dip
