Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Methi leaves chopped 1/4 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Oil for frying
  5. Water as required

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add flour and salt. Mix well
  2. Wash and chop methi leaves. Add leaves to the bowl
  3. Add water as required and knead stiff dough. Rest dough for 10 minutes
  4. Divide dough into equal portions. Roll each portion into puris
  5. Deep fry puris over medium heat until golden brown. Drain excess oil over kitchen towel
  6. Serve hot with your favorite curry!
