Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Mustard oil
  2. Phulkophi
  3. Turmeric powder
  4. Chili powder
  5. Fennel seeds
  6. Coriander powder
  7. Jeera powder
  8. Sugar
  9. Salt
  10. Water
  11. Potato
  12. Ghee
  13. Garam masala

Instructions

  1. Add mustard oil to the pan and fry the phulkophi and potato.
  2. After frying do not take that out! add in fennel seeds.
  3. Add all the powder spices and fry.
  4. Add in water and let simmer.
  5. After it is done add ghee and garam Marsala ( powder) and cover.
  6. Serve with rice, roti and enjoy!!!
