Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Hung curd - 1 cup
  2. Capsicum - 2
  3. Black mustard seeds - 1/4 tsp
  4. Salt - to taste
  5. Sugar - 1/2 tsp
  6. Oil - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Slice the top of 1 capsicum and remove the seed. Chop the second capsicum in cubes
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds
  3. Add chopped capsicum and saute for 1 min .Strain it.
  4. Whisk curd in a bowl. Add salt and sugar , mix well
  5. Add fried capsicum seasoning and mix well.
  6. Stuff capsicum raita into second capsicum.
  7. Serve chilled.
