Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup oats flour
  2. 1/2 cup jowar flour
  3. 2 tbsp curd
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  6. Haldi 1/4 tsp
  7. Minced garlic 4 cloves
  8. 1 tsp Lemon juice
  9. 1 tsp sesame seeds
  10. Green chili paste 1 tbsp - adjust as per taste
  11. 1 tsp oil
  12. Coriander leaves 4 tbsp chopped
  13. For topping----
  14. 1/2 cup chopped red, yellow and green bell peppers
  15. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  16. 1/2 cup paneer, small cubes
  17. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  18. 1 tsp oil
  19. Jeera 1/2 tsp
  20. Hing 1 pinch
  21. Coriander leaves 2 tbsp chopped

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add flour, salt , water,curd, chili powder, turmeric, coriander leaves, garlic, lemon juice, sesame seeds, green chili paste and mix well.
  2. Knead a stiff dough, coat dough with oil and rest aside for 20 minutes
  3. Heat oil in a pan.Add jeera, hing and saute for few seconds
  4. Add onion and saute until translucent
  5. Add bell peppers and saute for 2-3 minutes
  6. Now add paneer and spices. Mix well. Saute for 2 minutes. Topping is ready
  7. Now roll out dough into mini theplas
  8. Cook them on hot tawa on both sides until crisp and golden brown.Drizzle little oil on top and edges
  9. Add toppings over theplas and serve hot
