ABOUT Raddish and maize flour parantha RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Maize flour 1+ 1/2 cup
  2. Wheat flour 1/2 cup
  3. Raddish 2 shredded
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Green chillies 2 chopped
  6. Ginger paste 1 tablespoon
  7. Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Cumin seeda 1 teaspoon
  9. Water for making dough
  10. Oil for shallow frying
  11. Garam masala 1/2 teasp

Instructions

  1. Mix both flour and add raddish and all other ingredients except oil.
  2. Make a dough with the help of little water. Knead it properly because maize flour had no gluten.
  3. Now heat tawa and make a ball of dough and carefully make a chapati with the help of rolling pin.
  4. Place it on tawa and cook it from both sides on low heat. Apply oil and with the help of spatula press slowly on both sides.
  5. Your parantha are ready and make all other paranthas in the same way.
  6. Serve with curd and white butter.
