Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 3 cups shredded coconut
  2. 100 gms mawa or khoya (grated)
  3. 3/4 cup sugar
  4. 1/2 cup Milk
  5. 2 tsp ghee
  6. 2 pinch cardamom powder (elaichi )

Instructions

  1. heat ghee in a nonstick pan, add shredded coconut and mix for approx 7-8 mints
  2. then afd grated mawa (70 gms) and saute it for another 5 mints, and
  3. add sugar and mix sugar it it melts completely in the coconut mawa mixture,
  4. add milk and mix till the mixture becomes little soft, and lastly add cardamom powder.
  5. grease a plate, add kopra pak mixture into it and let it cool.
  6. keep it in fridge for approximately 20 mints.
  7. Remove, cut in to shapes like squares or diamonds.
  8. Serve.
