Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For katori
  2. Whole wheat atta 1 cup
  3. Chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Water to knead the dough
  6. For bhel
  7. Puffed rice 1/2 cup
  8. Green chilly chopped 1
  9. Red chilly crushed 1 teaspoon
  10. Tomato chopped 1
  11. Onion 1 chopped
  12. Carrot chopped 1
  13. Raw mango chopped 5 tablespoon
  14. Coriander leaves finely chopped
  15. Sev/fried corn flakes 1 cup
  16. Green chutney 2 tablespoon
  17. Dates chutney 2 tablespoon
  18. For green chutney
  19. Coriander leaves cup
  20. Mint leaves 1 cup
  21. Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  22. Green chilly 2 numbers
  23. Salt


  1. Grind green chutney
  2. Grind dates chutney (for dates chutney recipe check my profile)
  3. Chop all ingredients
  4. Make thin puri and take a small katori and stick the puri in the katori , extract extra dough and fry it along with the bowl
  5. While frying pour the oil over the katori and the puri will release itself from the bowl
  6. Cook it in low flame only. It will take time to cook to become crispy
  7. Mix all ingredients of the bhel and fill the bhel mixture in the puri and garnish it with sev and coriander leaves
