ABOUT Whole wheat Cardamon Biscuits (No Soda No Maida) RECIPE

I am new to baking. Happily i started my baking journey with whole wheat elaichi biscuits. This is just to document my recipe. Could make improvements in future post under same recipe. It is very crunchy. Kids will love this recipe. Oh yeah i have to make healthy biscuits in future with no sugar. Professional bakers Please excuse me.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Organic Whole wheat 1 cup
  2. Sooji 1 tbsp
  3. Sugar 1/4 cup
  4. Elaichi 1 tbsp
  5. Butter 2 tbsp (25 gms approx)
  6. Milk 1 tbsp
  7. Water to make a dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven 180 degree 10 minutes
  2. Take 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tbsp Cardamon. Powder them using blender
  3. Blend 1 cup whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp sooji, powdered sugar and cardamon mix.
  4. Add blended mixture in mixing bowl
  5. Add 2 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp milk
  6. Add some water and make a dough
  7. Shape biscuits. Grease a tray with butter
  8. Bake for 20 mins 180 degree at both elements on position.
  9. Wait for biscuits to completely cool
  10. Happy baking
