Ingredients to make Jeera Rice

  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoon keshew
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds

How to make Jeera Rice

  1. Soak rice for 10 min.
  2. Now in a pressure cooker add rice and 1 cup wate
  3. Let it whistle 1
  4. In a pan add ghee
  5. Add cumin seeds
  6. Let it fry till black
  7. Now add keshew
  8. Fry till golden
  9. Add cooked rice
  10. Add salt
  11. Mix well
  12. Serve it
