Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. rice flour 2 cup
  2. maida 2 cup
  3. baking soda 1tsp
  4. coconut grated 1cup
  5. 1cup boiling water
  6. 200grm suger
  7. 4cup oil for deep fryng
  8. food color(m using red one)

Instructions

  1. Take maida, rice flour, baking soda, grated coconut in a bowl .
  2. mix with boiling water. then add suger and food colour make tight dough. u can use oil 1tsp.
  3. now use ur hand to make rose shape of ur dough
  4. after making rose pitha refrigarated for 4- 5 hours
  5. then heat ur pan with oil and give all ur pitha's for deep fryng
  6. enjoy your rose pitha on winter season ...and this rose pitha also make this romantic weather to impress special one
