Milk Peda

Ingredients to make Milk Peda

  • 1 lit full fat milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 cradamom powder

How to make Milk Peda

  1. Take milk in a non stick or heavy bottom pan and heat it..when it starts boiling keep stirring and cook till milk reduce to 1/3
  2. add sugar and keep stirring it continously until it becomes thick add caradmom powder mix well and switch off flame and make pedas when mava mixture is warm..

My Tip:

You have to stirr continously milk in medium flame to get white mava otherwise mava will turn to brown colour To check if mixture is ready for making peda or not , when mixture thickns put 2 drop of mixture in water and takeout from water and roll between two fingures if it is forming shape than your mixture is ready for making peda otherwise cook it for some more time
