Ingredients to make Dryfruit chikki

  • 1/2 cup roasted almond
  • 1/2 cup roasted keshew
  • 1/2 cup pista
  • 1/2 cup walnut
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom powder
  • 1 teaspoon pista powder

How to make Dryfruit chikki

  1. Cut the almond and keshew onto half
  2. In a pan add sugar
  3. On low flame
  4. Don't stir till started caremal
  5. After starting caremal stir it till color change and become caremal
  6. Now add honey
  7. Add cardamom powder
  8. Add dryfruit
  9. Mix well
  10. Pore it in a greasing dish or on butter paper
  11. Make thin layar
  12. Sprinkle pista powder
  13. Let it cool for 10.min.
  14. Then give cut in bar shape
  15. Then again cool for 1/2 hours
  16. Then cut it
  17. And serve it
