Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Maida 1 1/2 cup
  2. Wheat flour 1/2 cup
  3. Salt as per your taste
  4. Crushed black pepper 1 tablespoon
  5. Ajwain or carom seeds 1tablespoon
  6. Oil 4 tablespoons
  7. Oli for deep fry
  8. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Take Maida, wheat flour, salt, ajwain, crushed black pepper and 4 tablespoons oil in a bowl. Mix it well.
  2. Make a dough with the help of water as required. It should be harder then Paratha.
  3. Cover it and keep aside for 20 minutes.
  4. After 20 minutes divided into small equal round shape.
  5. Now with the help of roti maker board roll all puri.
  6. Pricked roll puri with fork.
  7. Heat oil in fry pan. When oil heated, Fry puri on medium flame. Fry until they become light brown on both side.
  8. Drain and transfer in kitchen paper..
