Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Maida 1/2 cup
  2. Wheat flour 1/2 cup
  3. Chopped Methi leaves 1 cup
  4. Chopped green chillies 3
  5. salt as per taste
  6. Oil 4 tablespoons
  7. Water as required
  8. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl. Add maida, wheat flour, chopped methi leaves, choopped green chillies, salt and oil. Mix well.
  2. After that, with the help of water, knead little bit hard dough.
  3. Divide dough into small equal size round shape balls.
  4. Roll all balls into small cricles. Which is slightly thicker than chapati. Pricks with the help of fork.
  5. Heat oil in pan. When oil heated. deep fry puris on medium flame till it become light brown.
  6. Take them out drain excess oil. Transfer then into kitchen napkin.
  7. When Puri are cool in room temperature. Store them in airtight container.
