Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Prawn 1/2 kg cleaned
  2. Redchilli 30 nos
  3. Fenugreek 1 spoon
  4. Cumin 2 spoon
  5. Viniger 100ml
  6. Garlic 20 pods
  7. Oil 150 ml
  8. Rock salt
  9. Mustard 2 spoon
  10. Nutmeg 1/4 spoon


  1. In a bowl put drychilli , cumin , garlic, rocksalt and nutmeg soak in 100 ml viniger for 15 min
  2. Then grind in to paste in mixi
  3. Then in pan heat 150 ml oil then put mustard let it burst then add fenugreek seed
  4. Now add grind chilli paste in hot oil keep string don't reduce flame
  5. U will feel the aroma now add cleaned prawns without water in hot gravy keep string for few min don't close the lid
  6. Once oil got deprecated lik this off the flame let it cool
  7. After it get cooled completely store in a glass jar ... It last for months
