Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup soak poha
  2. 3 tbsp oil
  3. 1 tsp ghee
  4. 1 small cinnamon stick
  5. 3 pieces cloves
  6. 3 pieces black pepper
  7. 1/2 tsp cumin
  8. Pinch of asafoetida
  9. 1 cup boiled tomato pure
  10. 1/2 cup boiled green peas ,potatoes and sweet corn
  11. salt as required
  12. 1/2 tsp turmeric
  13. 1 tsp red chilies powder
  14. 1 tsp coriander powder
  15. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  16. 1 tsp biryani masala
  17. 2 tbsp water
  18. 1 piece green chilies
  19. 1 tbsp fresh coriander
  20. 1 tbsp mint leaves
  21. 1 tbsp fried onion
  22. 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. heat a pan and add oil ,ghee and whole spices cumin and stir it
  2. add asafoetida and boiled tomato pure and sauté for few minutes
  3. add dry masala and mix well
  4. add some water and cover the pan
  5. add green chilies, fresh coriander, mint leaves and mix well
  6. add soak poha and mix well
  7. at last add fried onion and lemon juice and mix well
  8. Biryani poha is ready to eat
