ABOUT PEPPER CHICKEN FRY RECIPE

This recipe is loaded with pepper and slight taste of chilli powder. Few ingredients makes this recipe perfect.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chicken 1/2kg
  2. Onion 1
  3. Tomato 1
  4. Pepper powder 3 teaspoon (freshly ground)
  5. Chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Cinnamon 1/2inch
  7. Cloves 2
  8. Oil 1tablespoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Curry leaves fistful
  11. Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cinnamon and cloves.
  2. Add chopped onion and fry transparent.
  3. Add tomato, chicken and chilli powder to it.
  4. Add salt and half cup of water and curry leaves to it.
  5. When chicken is done and water is absorbed add freshly ground pepper to it and remove from flame.
  6. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
