ABOUT Bitter gourd Sambar RECIPE

Bitter gourd sambar is my family favorite. When bitter gourd is used for sambar, it adds bitterness to sambar. To compensate that onion which adds little sweet and channa which nullify the bitterness are used. So the resultant is yummy.
