Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 250 grams chicken boneless (cutted in 1 inch pieces)
  2. 1/4 cup yogurt
  3. 4 tbsp fresh cream
  4. 3 tbsp cream cheese or grated proccesed cheese
  5. 1/2 tsp green chilli paste
  6. 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  7. White pepper powder to taste
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 1/4 tsp jaiphal (nutmeg) powder
  10. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  11. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  12. 1 green chilli finely chopped
  13. Onion rings for serving
  14. Green chutney for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add all ingredients except chicken and prepare a smooth marinate.
  2. Now add the chicken pieces and mix it well.
  3. Refrigerate to marinate for 1-2 hours.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180 degree and line a baking tray with aluminum sheet.
  5. Put the chicken pieces and bake for 12-15 min.
  6. Skew over the satay sticks and roast on gas flame for 2-3 min on high.
  7. Serve with onion rings and green chutney.
