Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. lauki 125 gms
  2. water 1/4 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. wheat flour 100 gms
  5. mozzarella cheese 3 tsp
  6. onion 1/8th cup
  7. tomato 1/8 cup
  8. capsicum 1/8 cup
  9. pizza seasoning 1/4 tsp
  10. ghee for roasting 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. take a pressure cooker and pressure cook the lauki with water for 2 whistle
  2. let the pressure settle and puree the lauki with the same water
  3. with puree add flour and make a dough add salt too
  4. make a paratha and roast on a griddle by using ghee
  5. take out in a.micro safe plate
  6. add mozzarella cheese toppings and seasoning
  7. micro in full power for a min
  8. serve hot with sauce
