Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Finely chopped Green onion 6 stalks
  2. Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves 1 bunch of 50g
  3. Cumin seeds 2 tablespoon
  4. Black pepper powder 1 tablespoon
  5. Wheat flour 300g
  6. Water q.s.
  7. Rock salt 1 tablespoon
  8. Red chilli powder 1/2 tablespoon
  9. Coriander cumin powder 1 tablespoon
  10. Sugar 1 tablespoon
  11. Molaga podi chutney 1 tablespoon


  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and white sesame seeds.
  2. Add finely chopped green onions and coriander leaves & saute on low flame for 2 mins.
  3. In a separate bowl, take wheat flour add the sauted mixture and knead the dough for paratha. Set it aside for 10 mins.
  4. Make medium sized dough balls. Dust it with wheat flour and roll it to medium sized paratha.
  5. Sprinkle red chilli powder coriander cumin powder molagay podi chutney powder and sugar evenly on paratha.
  6. Incorporate the powder by rolling the dough evenly in one direction and spread the dough again in the form of circular paratha.
  7. Put the paratha on heated pan. Apply oil or ghee on top and roast till red and flip and roast on other side till red.
  8. Paratha is ready and served with curd or raita or Achar
