ABOUT Jeera Goli RECIPE

Jeera is always very useful for over body,use it raw,for tempting,for making gravy,in chai as powder in gravy or use as mukwaas.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 tsp cumin seeds
  2. 2 and 1/2 tsp dried mango powder
  3. 1/4 cup powdered sugar and more for coating
  4. 1 tsp kala namak
  5. 1/2 tsp salt
  6. 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. First roast the cumin seeds in a pan,when roast smell comes transfer in a mixer jar and make fine powder of it.
  2. Combined in microwave bowl or in kadhai,powdered sugar,Kala namak, salt, lemon juice,mango powder and roasted cumin powder and mix well.
  3. Now microwave the mix masala bowl for only for 1 min and 30 seconds till masala slightly hot not to till cook. (it's do only for the sugar slightly hot and making round balls are easy)
  4. Now take out from microwave and start to make round balls,when all balls done coat nicely with powder sugar.
  5. If want to preserve long time keep all ready balls in sunlight for 8 to 10 hours.
