SPICED CORN PANEER MASALA

Ingredients to make SPICED CORN PANEER MASALA

  • Ginger Garlic green chilly Paste-1 Tea spoon
  • WHITE PASTE(Khas Khas, kaju, watermelon seeds & water) - 1 table spoon
  • GARAM MASALA (Clove, Cinnamon, Cumin Seeds, black paper, red chilly) - 1/2 tea spoon
  • onion - 1 medium
  • tomatoes - 2 big
  • capsicum - 1 small
  • Boiled Sweet corn-4 Table spoon
  • paneer- 150 gms
  • Fresh cream - 2 tea spoon
  • Oil-4 tea Spoon
  • Red Chilly Powder - 1/2 tea spoon
  • Tumeric powder- 1 Pinch
  • salt to taste

How to make SPICED CORN PANEER MASALA

  1. Roast all the spices on pan then make the powder in mixer
  2. Heat oil add onion and ginger Garlic Green chilly Paste and saute it. Then add tomatos and cook for 2 mins.
  3. Add salt red chilli powder tumeric powder and garam masala and leave it for 2 mins .Then make thick paste in mixer.
  4. Heat butter ya ghee in a pan. Put complete gravy and add white paste in it.
  5. Add 100ml water, capsicum, corn in a gravy. Cook it in a low flame.
  6. Add Paneer and Garnish with cabbage Pepper Salad, cloves, Blackpepper & Red Chilly..
  7. Serve Hot

My Tip:

This dish can be made on tawa instead of pan it will taste better.
