Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 500 gms lamb bones
  2. 3 tbsp ghee
  3. 1.5 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  4. 2 onions finely chopped
  5. 2 cardamom
  6. 1 tsp pepper powder
  7. 1 tsp cumin powder
  8. 1 inch stick cinnamon
  9. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 2 green chili
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Half a bunch of coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pot or pressure cooker.
  2. Add the bones, ginger garlic paste, onion, cardamom, cinnamon, turmeric powder, and green chili.
  3. Fry till all the water is dried up, add pepper powder.
  4. Add 4 to 5 cups of water and cover. Cook for 6 to 7 whistles or till the bones are little soft. It takes longer for the bones to cook than the meat.
  5. Once the bones are done. Open the lid, adjust the consistency of the soup by adding water. Add the coriander leaves.
  6. For seasoning , heat a pan with some ghee, Pepper, cumin powder, mint leaf.
  7. After seasoning ,boil for few seconds and serve hot.
