Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Green garlic chopped- 1 cup
  2. salt as per taste
  3. Black pepper powder-1teaspoon
  4. Coriander powder1/2teaspoon
  5. Green chutney-1 teaspoon
  6. Ghee or butter
  7. Water


  1. #heat ghee or butter and add cumin seeds and pinch of hing and saute them.
  2. Add grated ginger and saute it.
  3. Add chopled green garlic with leaves and saute them.
  4. Add green chutney made with mint ,coriander leaves,amla ,Apple and pomegranate pearls and dry masale and and mix well.
  5. Add salt,black pepper powder,coriander powder and water-1and half katori Katie and cook on sim till it cooks and mixes well.
