This curry is made for pregnant women and it called pathiya kuzhambu.Pepper can play a role in improving your digestion and providing relief from issues like bloating, gas and cramps.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Oil daily use (after pragancy must add gingerly oil more)
  2. Garlic 1 or 2 cup
  3. Onion 1
  4. Tomato 1
  5. Cumin 1/2tsp
  6. Pepper 1tsp
  7. Turmeric 1tsp
  8. Asafodia few pinch
  9. fenugreek powder two three pinch.
  10. Curry leaf powder 2 tsp
  11. Red chilli powder 1 tsp(optional)
  12. Coriander powder 3 tsp
  13. Tamarind lemon size. (Optional) .


  1. Fry the garlic in oil
  2. Add tomatoe,onionin that
  3. Pepper, cumin, (1/2 tsp)Frengreek seed or powder, turmeric,hing,salt,red chilli(optional)
  4. Mix all and add 3 tsp of turmeric.keep Aside
  5. Take pepper, cumin, turmeric remaining powder and curry leaf powder.
  6. Mix above ingredients in tamarind water and boil it for few mins.
  7. Mix all. (masala & Tamarind )
  8. Garnish with coriander and curry leaf. If u wish seasoning with oil and mustard seed.
