Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. rice,gobindo bhog 1cup
  2. milk 11/2ltr
  3. diet palm jaggery 150-200gm
  4. pinch of salt
  5. green cardamom 1
  6. ghee 1/2tsp


  1. At first take the rice and wash it
  2. Now keep the milk in a pan and boil it for some time
  3. Add cardamom in milk,and stair well,when the milk come 1ltr add socked rice and pinch of salt
  4. Now stair well,and add ghee in it.
  5. when the rice boil,turn off the gas and mix diet jaggery. Mix it well, it smell very beautiful.
  6. Now cool it and serve it after some time.

Reminds me of my childhood. My grandmother used to make this.
