ABOUT Shomlette... (Omelette with sugar) RECIPE

An easy recipe with sugar and nuts of your choice for a healthy protien packed breakfast. My innovative take on the normal omelette making it more presentable and inviting to the kids in particular. Even the adults can't resist it. Try this simple sweet omelette for your breakfast or brunch, iam sure you will love it.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 egg
  2. 1 tsp sugar
  3. 1 tbsp raisins
  4. 2 tbsp mixed slivered nuts of choice (i used pistachios, almonds and walnuts)
  5. 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Whisk the egg with sugar and mixed nuts along with the raisins as well.
  2. Heat butter on low heat and make the shomlette.
  3. Flip it over when done onto the other side also to cook nicely.
  4. Serve it hot right away from the pan to the plate with some toasted bread.
