This is a delicious way to make a different style fo breakfast with bread and semolina. Follow this recipe to make this for your loved ones.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 8 slices bread
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. 2 tsp fresh malai
  4. Salt
  5. 1 chopped onion
  6. 1 chopped tomato
  7. 1 chopped capsicum
  8. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  9. Semolina [suji] - 1/4 th cup


  1. Make a batter using the curd and semolina, whisk it well.
  2. Add all the chopped vegetables to the above batter.
  3. Add the salt, pepper and the cream.
  4. Stir well.
  5. Heat a non stick tawa with little oil.
  6. Put.bread slice on it
  7. Top this with the semolina batter.
  8. Cook on one side and flip it to the other.
  9. Cook till crispy enough.
  10. Serve with sauce.
