Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 500 gm of boneless chicken breasts cut into cubes
  2. 4 to 5 tablespoon of hung curd
  3. 2 teaspoon of ginger garlic chilli paste
  4. Juice of one lemon
  5. 2 teaspoon of garam masala powder
  6. 2 teaspoon of tandoori chicken masala
  7. 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder
  8. Vegetable oil for grilling the chicken
  9. salt to taste
  10. Toasted Almonds
  11. Salad Dressing Ingredients:
  12. Juice of one lemon
  13. 1 teaspoon of vinegar
  14. 2 teaspoon of honey
  15. 1 teaspoon of mustard powder
  16. salt to taste
  17. 2 teaspoon of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces with hung curd, ginger , garlic paste, red chilli powder, salt , garam masala powder,salt , tandoori chicken masala for at least 4 to 5 hours.
  2. Heat oil in a saute pan on medium heat , add chicken and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until evenly browned and cooked .
  3. Set aside to cool. Arrange the lettuce , spring onion, cucumber , onion on a serving bowl . Top with cooked chicken tikka.
  4. Whisk together all ingredients for the dressing. Drizzle over salad and serve. Garnish the salad with toasted almonds.
