Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 500 gm rawa or sooji [semolina]
  2. Curd 1/2 cup
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Arahar dal 1 cup
  5. Eno 1 packet
  6. Green Chilli 2
  7. Louki [bottle gourd] 1 cup
  8. Tomato 2
  9. Imli [tamarind] puree 2tbsp
  10. Red chilli powder 1tbsp
  11. Lemon 1
  12. Curry leaf 8
  13. Ghee or butter 4tbsp
  14. Sambhar masala 1tbsp
  15. Turmeric 1/2TBSP

Instructions

  1. 1st take sooji and mix curd &salt
  2. Make idli batter & rest it for 1 hour
  3. Soak dal for 3 hours
  4. Chopp veggie Tomato &green chilli
  5. Cook dal for 2 whistle
  6. Heat a pan add butter after that add mustrd seeds when crackle put few curry leaves
  7. Add all Veggie cook for 5 minutes in medium flame
  8. Add spices &imli puree
  9. Cook dal for 8 min.
  10. Heat a idli steamer grease mould with oil or butter
  11. Take batter and add eno and mix proper put better into moulds
  12. Steam for 8 minutes in medium flame
