Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 20 Basil leaves
  2. Salt
  3. 1 green chilly
  4. Dough of wheat flour.

Instructions

  1. Chop basil leaves
  2. Add salt and green chilli
  3. Knead the dough prior to this, so take a roundel out of the soft kneaded dough. flatten it.
  4. Fill leaves in it
  5. Reshape the roundel and flatten it thin to form the paratha. Shallow fry the paratha.
  6. Serve with curd
