Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 bowl wheat flour
  2. 2 bowl chopped basil leaves
  3. Salt
  4. 1 green chilli

Instructions

  1. Mix basil leaves , salt and green chillies.
  2. Fill in ball of dough.
  3. Flatten it and make parantha.
  4. Cook with oil on a tawa until golden brown and srispy.
  5. Serve with curd.
