About Egg Fried Rice Recipe

A common chinese delicacy which takes less time.

Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients to make Egg Fried Rice

  • Boiled rice- 3 cups
  • carrot cut in small cubes- 1
  • Beans cut into small pieces- 7
  • cabbage a little chopped
  • onion chopped- 1
  • Spring onion- 1 tbspn
  • Soya sauce- 1 tspn
  • eggs- 2
  • salt as per taste
  • White pepper powder- 1 tspn

How to make Egg Fried Rice

  1. Heat a pan add 1 tbspn olive oil. Add chopped onion.
  2. After 1 min add all chopped veggies. Cover for 2 minutes.
  3. Then add the egg in it and stir.
  4. Then add white pepper powder, salt, soya sauce and spring onions.
  5. Cook for 2 minutes then add boiled rice and toss it. It is ready to serve.
