Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Carrots 100gm
  2. Pumpkin 150gm
  3. Raw papaya 150gm
  4. Potato 2 medium size
  5. Eggplant 1 medium size
  6. Raw banana 1
  7. Beans 100 gm
  8. Water 2 cup
  9. Tamato 1
  10. Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Roasted cumin & red chili powder 1 teaspoon
  13. For tempting
  14. Oil 1 tablespoon
  15. Garlic cloves 6 to 8
  16. Panch putan 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetables in medium size.
  2. Heat minimum water add turmeric powder & salt.when water comes to boil add all vegetables in order of their softening point.
  3. Heat oil give tempering of panch putan when the aroma comes add garlic cloves saute for few seconds.
  4. Immediately add the tempting to the boiled vegetable & cover it.mix the tempting
  5. Finally sprinkle the roasted cumin & red chili powder on it.Eat with rice or roti.
