Its a very healthy & tasty but heavy snacks.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Maize flour...1cup
  2. Wheat....1/2cup
  3. Carom seeds...1tspn
  4. Salt
  5. oil
  6. Water
  7. Rajma [kidney beans]...50gm
  8. Onion-ginger-garlic-tomato paste...3tspn
  9. Coriander leaves
  10. Cheese - 1/4 th cup

Instructions

  1. To make nachos make a dough of maize flour,wheat ,carom seeds,salt,oil , turmeric powder & hot water.
  2. Keep rest the dough for 15 mins.
  3. After 15 mins make round roti from the dough & cut it into triangle shape
  4. Deep fry it.
  5. Nachos chips is ready.
  6. Heat 1 spn butter, add onion paste & all the spices.
  7. Add boiled & coarsely mashed rajma & some chopped onion.
  8. rajma mixture is ready.
  9. Make salsa of chopped cucumber, onion,tomato , coriander leaves tossing with salt & chaat masala.
  10. Now assemble the dish..Add nachos chips first.
  11. Put the rajma mixture on it.
  12. Put some salsa on it.
  13. Spread some tomato & tamarind sauce.
  14. spread some cheese slices & micro it for 3mins.
  15. Sprinkle some oregano & decorate with nachos chips.Serve it immediately.
