Ingredients to make Nolen gur Sandesh...Date palm jaggery sandesh

  • Milk...2 litre
  • Liquid Date palm jaggery...2cup
  • Milkmaid...50gm
  • ghee..3tspn

How to make Nolen gur Sandesh...Date palm jaggery sandesh

  1. Make paneer from milk .
  2. Heat ghee in a pan.
  3. Add paneer & jaggery & stir it continuously .
  4. Add milkmaid .
  5. When it will start to leave the side of the pan switch off the flame & make it cool for 10mins.
  6. Mash it well & make any shape of sandesh.

My Tip:

Keep it in fridge for half an hour & then serve.
