Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Poha/aval-1cup
  2. Finely Chopped mixed vegetable (carrot, beans, cabbage, capsicum, etc) - 1 cup
  3. Finely Chopped Onion-2
  4. Finely chopped garlic - 2 table spoon
  5. Finely chopped green chilli - 1 table spoon
  6. Chopped spring onions
  7. Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
  8. Lemon - 1/2
  9. Oil-2 table spoon
  10. Salt-to taste
  11. Soya sauce, tomato sauce - 1/2 teaspoon (optional)

Instructions

  1. First clean the poha and just wash drain the water keep aside for 10 minutes if use thick poha means soak in water for 10 minutes then drain it keep it aside
  2. Heat a pan add oil( usually im using either olive or coconut oil for good taste & aroma)
  3. Add chopped garlic & green chilli sauté for a minute. Add chopped onion slightly cook it then add vegetables one by one sauté cook them in high flame 3/4 th because of maintaining the crunchyness.
  4. Add salt mix well then add poha blended well with all vegetables Now add sauce if you want otherwise wise skip it. Add pepper powder mixed thoroughly.
  5. Now turn off flame spread the lime juice over the dish Garnish with spring onions
  6. Serve Hot with spicy sauce or gravy
