ABOUT Sweet corn salsa RECIPE

Generally , Sweet corn salsa I have added lime juice,but this time I have added musambi juice, it's taste is yummy and tasty.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl boiled sweet corn
  2. 2 tablespoon tomatoes cut into small pieces
  3. 3/4 tablespoon tomatoes juice
  4. 1 medium size onion
  5. 2 green chillies
  6. 3/4 garlic cloves
  7. 1/2 tablespoon oil
  8. 3/4 tablespoon musambi juice
  9. 2 tablespoon mustard seeds
  10. 3 tablespoon curri leaves
  11. 2 red chillies
  12. 3 tablespoon chana dal

Instructions

  1. All ingredients in pictures.
  2. At first cut the tomatoes into half pieces,one part add mixture grinder, grind it,other part cut into small pieces.
  3. Now take a kodai add oil,chana dal, curri leaves,red chilli , onion ,wait until it becomes brown.
  4. Now add tomatoes pieces and sweet corn boiled,stir it.
  5. Now add grind Tomatoes,,stir it
  6. Then also add musambi juice
  7. Like pictures and stir it.
  8. Keep it for 5 /6 minutes
  9. Then remove it
  10. Now it's time to serve hot sweet corn salsa .
